Please email for information fahmaterial@USC.life QUIZ -- The Quiz covers the Firearms Handling Axioms 123, and the USC.training Firearms Handling Lessons 1 & 2.; This can be administered directly by club instructors, or you can use our processing service with the on-line Quiz. the link to the on-line Quiz is: http://www.USC.training/fahq/index.html On-line Quiz results are emailed to the club email address with the Students' name and submited answers. The Quiz can be reproduced and printed by Clubs and Teachers. Please keep it complete as posted here. Certificate of Merit are documents that we mail to Club administrators - each with the name of a Student who has completed the Quiz with all 14 answers correct. The price of this can vary for individual Students or clubs that process multiple students in a batch. [Rules to qualify for a Certificate of Merit: Club Instructors certify that students have successfully completed the Quiz with no errors; or Clubs who have made prearrangements with us by email for their students to take the On-line Quiz. A Student may retake the On-line Quiz after waiting 24 hours from the time any incorrect answers were submitted; this can be retaken twice within one year.
